Clinician bio
As humans, we're constantly becoming. Sometimes those changes are exciting. Sometimes they're painful. Sometimes they leave us wondering who we are. A new baby. The end of a relationship. The start of a new one. A career change. A traumatic experience. A new diagnosis. Sometimes we wake up one day and realize we don't quite recognize ourselves anymore. Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of those experiences, and reconnect with who you are while making space for who you're becoming.

As a social worker, I believe our mental health is shaped by more than what happens inside of us. Our relationships, families, identities, communities, and the systems we live within all influence how we experience the world. Because of that, I don't see therapy as fixing people. I see it as an opportunity to better understand yourself with compassion, recognize patterns that perhaps once served a purpose, and decide how you’d like to move forward in a way that honors your authentic self.

My work is centered around supporting adults who are navigating seasons of change. I enjoy working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, burnout, and life transitions. I also have special interests in perinatal mental health, parenting, neurodivergence, and climate grief. While these experiences may look different on the surface, they often bring people to the same questions: Who am I now? How did I get here? Where do I go from here? Therapy can be a place to explore those questions without judgment and at a pace that feels right for you.

Before becoming a full-time therapist, I spent several years teaching and mentoring future social workers. That experience continues to shape how I show up in the therapy room. I'm naturally curious, and I enjoy helping people notice patterns, connect pieces of their story, and better understand themselves. I believe insight is important, but lasting change also comes from practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others in everyday life.

Whether you're adjusting to parenthood, exploring your identity, grieving the future you imagined, navigating a relationship, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can show up exactly as you are, feel genuinely understood, and leave with a stronger sense of who you are and where you want to go next.
